Minnesota is the first state to require the use of biodiesel fuels and Farmer’s Union Marketing and Processing Association (FUMPA) BioFuels, located in Redwood Falls, Minnesota in the southwestern area of the state, is the first refinery to come online producing biodiesel fuel to meet the state mandate.
