Food Co-op Webinars

The Food Co-op 500 program, Cooperative Development Services and CDS Consulting Cooperative are holding a series of 90-minute live internet seminars detailing how retail food cooperatives are created and maintained.

The ‘webinars’ are presented by nationally recognized experts in the field with extensive experience in supporting and establishing new co-ops. Topics covered include planning member loan campaigns, marketing and promotion, and project management.

Participants can watch the webinars with any high-speed internet connection, accompanied by live audio available in the form of a conference call. Though the presentation itself is free, the participant is responsible for paying any long distance charges for the conference call. Once registered, instructions on how to access the on-line seminars will be provided, and downloadable materials necessary to record the presentation will be offered.
