The Cooperative Business and Leadership Training (BLT) program is designed to create an understanding of business, cooperatives, and entrepreneurial skills among older teens within a workshop-learning environment that fosters team building and leadership development. Held across Pennsylvania, the workshops are the first step to learning about cooperatives.
