This four-part webinar series covers the key aspects of starting a worker-owned cooperative. The program is designed for cooperative business development practitioners, community economic development organizations and individuals/groups interested in starting worker-owned businesses.

This year’s workshops focus on doing business cooperatively; identifying opportunities for success during a prolonged recession; and sustainability. There are workshops for managers and a track for start-up and small co-ops. Board workshops focus on membership, industry trends, leadership, and ends policies.
