Keystone Development Center

Keystone Development Center is a full service cooperative development center offering business services to a wide range of cooperative clients. KDC is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing technical and research assistance to groups who wish to organize as cooperatives. Through this KDC meets the economic and business development needs of rural and non-rural areas in the multi-state area of Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Delaware. Services include feasibility studies, business plan development, legal advice, and board education. KDC publishes the MidAtlantic Guide to Cooperative Development Resources available on their website at www.kdc.coop.
